Bulldog #75AF Heavy Duty Flashing Cement is a heavy trowel consistency roofing mastic blended from high grade asphalt, petroleum spirits, mineral fillers and/or other stabilizers. It resists running or sagging at high temperatures and has a tough outside shell, but still remains soft and pliable underneath.
Especially prepared for application to vertical surfaces, Bulldog #75AF Heavy Duty Flashing Cement is useful as all-purpose roof cement for repairs of cracks, splits, and blisters on asphalt roofs. It is primarily used to install, maintain, and repair flashings around parapet walls, skylights, vents, chimneys, ducts, flues, etc. It is suggested that surfaces be primed with Bulldog Asphalt Primer prior to application of cement.
