APOC 107 is a professional grade, cold applied roofing adhesive of heavy brush consistency. APOC 107 is available in 1 gallon cans and 5 gallon pails.
APOC 107 has excellent bonding strength and can be used in lieu of hot mop asphalt. It can also be used in new construction as well re-roofing to bond plies in a built-up roofing system. 107 forms a flexible bond to permit the roofing membrane to conform to normal building movements. It eliminates potential burns and the possibility of damaging asphalt from overheating. APOC 107 may also be used to bond gravel to bare spots on existing gravel roofs.
APOC 107 is for exterior use only. Protective clothing and eyewear should be used during application of these products. Apply with a brush or notched squeegee to form a thin and continuous film. Avoid heavy mounds of mass accumulation. The cement will remain tacky for approximately 1 hour after application. Allow open time to permit some solvent evaporation, but sheets should be fully adhered in position before adhesive sets. For best results press the sheets with a heavy roller after they are in place to ensure a tight bond between plies. Coverage rate is approximately 1 to 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
